Jo-Ann has been with Progressive People now for 14 years. Her career to date has always had a “people and sales” focus. She has the ability to quickly establish relationships aiming for a mutually beneficial arrangement. Her clients range from medium sized businesses to large corporate organisations and a located throughout Australia.

Steve has been in IT recruitment for longer than he cares to remember!
He is comfortable with all the parties in the employment equation, and takes great pains to make sure that all sides are happy. Steve believes that whilst your experience may qualify you for a role, your personality and promise will give you a career.
To date, he’s only had one person leave a role before the probation period was up, and when you think that his career started before mobile phones were a thing, that’s not a bad achievement!

Lisa has been with Progressive People for over 12 years. Working as their Recruitment Coordinator, she is responsible for candidate sourcing and screening, candidate placement, candidate care as well as administration, business development and payrolled contractor management.
Through her many years of experience, she has gained in-depth knowledge of the IT industry, which along with her fundamental administration skills and solid care focus, has enabled her to develop great relationships with candidates.
Lisa has a strong customer care focus and takes pride in providing friendly and reliable support to candidates and payrolled contractors.

Amy has worked as an accountant in different industries for more than 5 years. This has provided her with solid accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reporting, reconciliations, tax calculations and month-end experience.
Amy has coming close to completing her CPA with two subjects remaining. She fully understands the functions of MYOB, Xero and Astute, is proficient in MS office software.
Amy is a passionate, detail-oriented and hard-working person who has a can-do attitude. Given the opportunity, she applies myself with enthusiasm to all tasks, ensuring that I get the job done accurately and efficiently.
